Update Your Payment Method: 

        1.  Log in to your pet portal. 

        2.  If this is your first time logging in, enter your email and click 'Forgot or Reset Password' to set up a new password. 


Missed Two or More Payments? 

        1.  Call Customer Service at 1300 952 790 to make these payments. 

        2.  Or, book a call-back at a convenient time.

Book a call-back, and a financial support consultant will help you.
