- Initial Setup: Your recurring payment date is set to the day you completed your application and we processed your first payment.
- Request a Change: If you need to change your payment date, we can adjust it to any date within a 7-day range before or after your current payment date.
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@petsy.com.au to request a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Any pending or missed payments must be cleared, before we can change future payment dates.
