You can login to your pet portal to update your payment details and to make your missed payments.
Contacting customer service
Call 1300 952 790 to pay over the phone.
Important information
- We can’t process a new payment if there’s an existing payment that is pending with the bank.
- If you miss two or more consecutive payments, your policy may be cancelled.
- For reinstating your policy, please contact us directly.
