Step 1: Sync Your Calendar
To see your booked calls in your calendar:
Open your Petsy Google Calendar.
Select the “Benny the Basenji” calendar to sync.
You’ll now see all scheduled calls appear in your calendar.
Housekeeping
Make sure calls are answered on time.
Before making the call, check policyholder details in Origami.
Mark the call as completed in #scheduled-call-bookings Slack channel once completed.
Add notes in the thread if needed.
If the customer doesn’t answer, send a follow-up email via Freshdesk.
Customers can book calls Monday–Friday, 9am–4:30pm (excludes public holidays).
To share a booking link: Go to Calendly, find the call type, click “Copy Link” (top right), and paste it into your email.
