Are vaccinations and desexing covered?

No, vaccinations and desexing are not covered by your policy. Petsy Pet Insurance is designed to cover vet costs for treatment needed to relieve or cure unexpected illnesses or injuries.

This means that preventative and routine items and treatments, like vaccinations and general check-ups, are not covered. Elective procedures, including desexing and additional vet costs (such as after-hours treatment and house calls when not considered an emergency by the vet) are also not covered.
