Setting up your pet insurance policy is simple and can be completed online or over the phone.
Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you get started:
Step 1 - Get a Quote:
- Online: Visit our website, fill in your details, and click ‘continue’ to receive your quick quote.
- Phone: Call us, and we can walk you through the quote process and give you a quote over the phone.
Step 2 - Review Your Quote:
Once you have your quote, you’ll see a summary of the coverage options you’ve chosen. If everything looks good and you’re ready to proceed, simply follow the on-screen prompts to finalise your application. You can also retrieve your quote for later using your quote number, so you can pick up where you left off.
Step 3 - Customise your coverage
Customise your policy to suit your and your pet’s needs. Adjust the Benefit Percentage, Annual Limit, and Annual Excess. You can also add Optional Extra Benefits for pets under 3 years old and include Vet Consultation costs if desired.
Step 4 - Confirm and Pay:
Select your preferred policy start date and complete the payment.
Step 5 - Receive Your Policy Documents:
After payment, your policy will start at 23:59 on the chosen start date. You’ll receive a welcome email containing your policy number, Certificate of Insurance, Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, and a link to access your Pet Portal.
