If I cancel after receiving the shop card on the first instalment month, will I still be eligible for the second instalment?

No, to qualify for both instalments of the Costco shop card, you must maintain an active Petsy Pet Insurance policy and Costco Executive membership at the time of the second instalment. If you cancel your policy after the first instalment month, you will not be eligible for the second instalment.
