When will I receive my Costco shop card?

You'll receive your Costco shop card by email if you keep both your Petsy Pet Insurance and Costco Executive membership active for at least 90 days after your purchase. Each year when you renew your Petsy Pet Insurance policy, you'll be eligible for a new Costco shop card, for up to two years, so total of three years including the first year.

For Costco shop cards valued at $80 or more, Costco will issue the shop card amounts in two instalments: half in the fourth month and the remaining half in the tenth month of each policy year. Make sure your policy is active, your premiums are up to date, and you're still a Costco Executive member on those dates to qualify.
