No, the Costco Executive membership holder must be the primary policyholder of the Petsy Pet Insurance policy to qualify for the shop card offer.
How does it work?
The primary policyholder on the Petsy Pet Insurance policy must be the Costco Executive membership holder.
Once the policy is set up by the membership holder, they can add someone else to the policy as a joint policyholder to help manage the policy, but the joint policyholder will not be eligible for the Costco shop card offer.
Adding a Joint Policyholder
If you add someone as a joint policyholder, they can help with administration of your policy. For example, they’ll be able to make inquiries about your policy, submit claims, and update payment details on your behalf.
However, they can’t make major changes, like altering coverage, transferring, or cancelling the policy. Only the primary policyholder (you) can do those things.
To add a joint policyholder, we’ll need their full name, email address, and contact number.
