How much value will I receive for the Costco shop card?

The value of your Costco shop card depends on your annual spend with Petsy and is issued in either one or two instalments: one after 90 days (ie. in month 4) and the other in month 10, as outlined below.

Cooling-Off Period

You have 30 days from your policy start date to cancel the policy and receive a full refund (less any non-refundable government charges, taxes and levies), provided no claims have been made. To cancel during the cooling-off period, contact us at:

If you cancel during the cooling-off period:

  • Any issued Costco shop cards will be void.
  • Any received benefits must be repaid.
  • Cancellation will take effect from the policy start date.
