Yes, if the prescription is for treating an injury or illness, we'll need the clinical notes to properly assess your claim. Typically, we will request the clinical notes directly from your vet, unless your vet has already submitted the claim on your behalf. For any follow-up prescriptions, we may not need to request the clinical notes every time.
