Once your claim is approved, we’ll deduct your annual excess (if you chose one and it has not been applied before) from the total eligible costs. Then, we apply your chosen benefit percentage and annual limit to calculate the amount you’ll get back. We typically process this payment into your bank account on the next business day. Please make sure you have provided us with your current bank details for quick and easy reimbursements.
