Absolutely. Any issue with your pet’s health can be stressful, so we made sure that our claims process is as easy as possible. The quickest way to submit your claim is to have your vet do it directly for you. After your pet's visit, just ask your vet to email the paid invoice and clinical notes to claims@petsy.com.au. This method not only makes things easier for you, but also ensures we have all the information needed to process your claim quickly. Once your claim is lodged, we'll send you a notification and keep you updated via email on its progress.
If this is your first claim, we'll also need to assess any pre-existing conditions and gather your pet’s medical history unless you completed a pre-existing condition assessment when you started your policy.
