What if my pet hasn't been to the vet yet?

If you have a new puppy or kitten, make sure they have at least one vet visit to establish a medical history. This is necessary before you can request a pre-existing condition assessment. Once they’ve had their first vet visit, let us know, and we’ll proceed with the assessment.
