No, we don't offer GapOnly anymore. Due to the service requiring specific clinic hours, locations and not being able to guarantee an approved claim, we've improved our options to better serve you.
We offer pre-approvals for treatment coverage before your visit, ensuring you have clarity on coverage upfront. Additionally, if needed, you can request an expedited assessment.
Plus, our streamlined claim process allows you to submit claims from anywhere in Australia by simply taking a photo of the invoices and emailing them to claims@petsy.com.au.
Upon request, we can also pay the vet directly
