How do I add another pet to my policy?

At Petsy Pet Insurance, we make it easy to add another pet to your policy. You can do this online or over the phone.

Online:

- Visit our website and fill in the details for your new pet to get a quote.

- Review the coverage options you’ve chosen.

- Enter the promotion code ANOTHERONE to receive a 5% discount for your new pet, applied for the lifetime of the policy.

- Follow the on-screen prompts to finalise your application.

Note: If you purchase multiple policies in the same transaction, the discount is automatically applied, and no promotion code is needed.

After Payment:

- Your policy will start at 23:59 on the chosen start date.

- You’ll receive a welcome email containing your policy number, Certificate of Insurance, Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, and a link to access your Pet Portal.
