As an Australian financial services licensee, Knose is responsible for the distribution of the Financial Services Guide (‘FSG’), Target Market Determination (‘TMD’) and the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) for Petsy Pet Insurance. They act under a binding authority to issue, vary or cancel policies, as well as to handle or settle claims on behalf of the insurer, Pacific International Insurance Pty Ltd (ABN 83 169 311 193).
Transaction labels can vary across different banks due to the way different banks process and display payments. Depending on the bank, you might see Petsy or Knose for premium payments, as well as claim reimbursements.
